Terms of Service

1. User-Generated Content

Users may create, post, or share content (such as chat messages, workout programs, comments, or notes). You are solely responsible for the content you share. You agree not to post any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

The developer reserves the right to review, remove, or block any content or user account that violates these Terms, within 24 hours of receiving a report.

2. Content Moderation and Reporting

• The App includes a reporting feature that allows users to report inappropriate or offensive content.
• Reports are manually reviewed by the developer within 24 hours.
• Offending content or users will be removed or blocked if necessary.
• The developer may, at their discretion, suspend or delete accounts that repeatedly violate the rules.

3. Blocking Users

Users can block other users to prevent further interaction. Blocked users cannot send messages or view your content within the App.

4. No Tolerance Policy

The App has zero tolerance for hate speech, violence, sexual content, or any abusive behavior. Accounts involved in such activities will be permanently banned.

5. Privacy

The App respects your privacy. Personal data is processed only as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Description of Service

ROKKFIT is a fitness management platform for trainers and clients that provides:

• Tools for fitness trainers to manage their schedules, clients, and workout programs
• Client management and communication features
• Workout tracking and planning functionality
• Integration with health and fitness data services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

7. Liability

The developer is not responsible for any content posted by users. You use the App at your own risk.

ROKKFIT is not a medical or health service provider. The Service is intended for organizational and scheduling purposes only. Always consult qualified professionals for fitness and health advice.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
